What We Do
C Mac Contracting has over a decade of experience bringing homeowner’s dreams to life in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Whether it’s new home construction, whole-home remodels, or custom renovations, our dedication to providing not only quality craftsmanship but an exceptional customer experience has earned us a reputation as one of New Jersey’s premier home remodeling companies.
That experience begins with our first contact and extends all the way through the final walk-through. No matter how big or small your project is, we spend time listening to your goals and plans, reading through your answers to our client questionnaire, and visiting the space you plan to remodel so you can walk us through your vision in person as we offer expert guidance along the way. At our range-of-cost meeting, we make sure we’re all on the same page regarding budget, schedules, and expectations, and once everyone feels comfortable moving forward, we begin our signature Preconstruction Planning Process. Throughout the project, we remain mindful of everything that’s important to you–from clear communication to clean up and dust control. Your satisfaction with the work we do is as important to us as the work itself.
Who We Are
C Mac Contracting is a locally owned and operated business, founded by New Jersey-born and raised Chris Mackin. Also on the team are Matt (project management), Rob (lead carpenter), Sue (office manager), and occasionally Pops (Chris’s father Kennie, who drops off the dump trailer and handles local supply purchasing).
When additional subcontractors are needed, we aren’t the kind of business that will cast a wide net and hire the lowest bidder. We don’t believe in cutting corners which means we won’t work with subcontractors who are only interested in doing the cheapest work in the easiest way. Our subcontractors are professionals we have vetted and worked with before–some for over a decade. They do the best work in the right way and have consistently met our standards for clear communication, quality of craftsmanship, and ability to meet all budget and schedule expectations.
C Mac Contracting is registered, fully insured, and bonded, and we maintain current proof of insurance for any of our subcontractors as well. When possible, we give back to our community and are currently proud sponsors of the local high school band.
